Named one of the “Best Apps of 2015” in the U.S. And Puerto Rico by Google Play! Office Lens trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards.
I am using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 x64 and I want email to show on my laptop screen at 200% zoom level. This seems to be the perfect size for my eyes but it is very annoying to have to click zoom and choose 200% on each email I send and each I open to read. I want this feature to active only on the reading panel or the composing panel and to not affect how others see the mail I write.
I can do it manually so why isn’t there an option to set it to my default view? I even tried to create a new default view but I cannot find anything that allows you to set zoom levels and keep them. And the suggestion to create an email then set zoom then save does not work. Even if it did, it would not help at all when opening an email in the reading panel.

Scrolling the mouse also works but again is extremely tedious and worse still it never gets the exact same zoom percentage.
So how can I set the default zoom in Outlook 2010 for reading and composing email at 200%?

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/adjust-outlooks-zoom-setting/2/ - Try this straight from the eHow Tech site:
Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options.' Click the 'Mail Formats' tab and then click 'Stationary and Fonts.'
Look for the 'Display Font' heading on the 'Personal Stationary' tab and increase the size the size of the font by selecting a larger number. This will increase the text size for all plain text incoming email. However, it will not increase the text size of incoming HTML emails.
Set the option to read all incoming email as plain text if it is necessary to increase the text size of all incoming emails. To do this, go to 'Tools', then click on 'Options,' then look for the button that says 'Email Options' and click 'Read all Standard Mail as Plain Text.' - Another workaround is below:
Go to Tools, Options, Mail Format. Then click the option that says 'stationary and fonts'. In there you can change the font on writing new messages, replying, AND composing and READING text messages. THEN if you want to make it for every email, just change the settings on your email so that its rich text instead of HTML.
If you want to change your reading pane, click on View, Current View, Customize view, other options.
If the menus and all programs in general are just tiny, right click on your desktop, click properties, appearance, advanced, and change your DPI zoom. That will zoom your entire computer.
Hope this helps. - Im afraid quite a few people have that problem and there is little if not no workaround that. The only solution found until now is a Zoom Email AddIn for Outlook which seems to do the trick. You can download the AddIn below, Called 'ZoomIn' for Outlook
http://www.sagelamp.com/Pages/ZoomIn.aspxThis will allow you to permanently save your Zoom settings on Outlook.- Zoomin is just what I was looking for. Thanks Serge
